Megan Lewis, CPC, QPA

Manager – Plan Administration & Compliance

With over 30 years in the Retirement Plan industry, Megan oversees the administrative and compliance services delivered to all Quintes Clients. She also consults on plan design and compliance issues with internal staff, assists Clients with the IRS self-correction program (SCP) and prepares Voluntary Compliance Program (VCP) submissions. She reviews plan designs and plan documents with Clients and has a special talent for explaining complex issues in an understandable way.

Megan earned her bachelor’s degree in Education with minors in math and French at the State University of New York College at Plattsburgh. She began in the Retirement field as an Administrative Assistant, quickly earning her QPA (Qualified Plan Administrator) designation, then worked as an Administrator for several years before earning her CPC (Certified Pension Consultant) designation. Throughout her years in the industry, she has been involved in every facet of plan administration, from plan design to participant distributions.

Megan has worked with Quintes for over sixteen years, from her remote location near Cincinnati Ohio. She lives with her daughter, husband and their two dogs. Megan is a passionate baker and takes Aqua Zumba classes at the local YMCA. She loves anything related to Sci-fi and was an enthusiastic attendee at the San Diego Comic-Con.
