Manager, Plan Administration

In the infancy of Quintes, Sharon Baca worked as an assistant for a financial planning firm that referred business to Quintes.  When that firm relocated, Sharon became one of the first employees of Quintes. During the next 25 years, Sharon has progressed from Administrative Assistant to her current role as Plan Administration Manager. In this role, Sharon oversees the administrative and compliance services delivered to all Quintes clients.

Sharon enjoys working in the retirement plan industry because it is always changing and tax welfare benefit laws are constantly updating due to new regulations, as she shared, “you can never get too comfortable!”

She’s originally from El Paso Texas and has lived in Arizona and several places throughout California. Sharon lived in Monterey County for 27 years and moved to Placer County in 2012. She loves to be outside with her family, whether it’s snow skiing, boating or flying (they have a Piper Cherokee) and she enjoys live music of any kind!
